Podere l’agave - Prices 2011 RESIDENCE – flexible arrivals and departures
Residence prices include bed linen and bath towels with weekly change, final cleaning, parking place, use of the swimming pools, of the barbecue, of the washing machine, of the ADSL line, of the independent heating. Prices are intended for two adults in the studio, two adults + a child in the two-room-apartment, four adults in the three-room-apartment. Children under two years of age that sleep in the beds already in the apartment do not pay. In the studio and in the two-room-apartment it is possible add a bed, in the three-room-apartment you can add two beds. Podere l’agave - Prices 2011 HOTEL – flexible arrivals and departures
Hotel prices include bed linen and bath towels, daily change of bath towels and every other day of bed linen, daily cleaning (no kitchenette), breakfast, courtesy bathroom service, parking place, use of the swimming pools, of the barbecue, of the washing machine, of the ADSL line, of the independent heating. Prices are intended for two adults in the studio, two adults + a child in the two-room-apartment, four adults in the three-room-apartment. Children under two years of age that sleep in the beds already in the apartment do not pay. Reservation: 40% of the total to pay at reservation, the balance has to be paid at arrival (cash or with credit card) Cancellation policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged (less bank cost) If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival we’ll refund the 50% of advance payment (less bank cost) If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival we’ll refund the 20% of advance payment (less bank cost) If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival we won’t refund the advance payment If cancelled later or in case of no show another 40% of total amount of reservation will be charged Deposit (at arrival) € 200,00 or credit card information Check-in 04.00pm-07.00pm. Please tell at reservation if you’ll check-in earlier or later. Late check- in: (after 8 pm) the 20% of daily price of the room will be charged Check-out: within 10:00am Late check out within 2 pm 40 % of daily price will be charged, after 2 pm 80% of daily price will be charged EXTRA SERVICES – Services on request (to be paid at reception) Domestic animal (excluding low season) € 05.00 per day (max 50,00 euro) Tiding up € 14,00 per hour Set of bath towels € 5,00 per change Linen for double bed € 10,00 per change Linen for single bed € 7,00 per change |
