The facility and its Hospitality
The Podere l’Agave Farmhouse is made of three buildings, obtained from an old private house and farm building, with green lawns surrounding the apartments, two swimming pools and a playground for children. The farmhouse is 22 acres wide upon the hills behind San Vincenzo and just two kms away from the sandy beach and down town. The farmhouse takes up only an acre of the whole property and therefore allows children a lot of space to play as they like and adults to rest and relax themselves. In the main building we have most of the apartments, the reception, the main hall, relaxing area and the old barn, in the other buildings there are only apartments. THE MAIN HALL: In the main hall we serve our breakfasts and organize our product tasting and the best products of the area. It's relaxing at the end of the day to enjoy the sunset on the sea as well as a cool breeze, while tasting original antique products freshly picked from our farm. It is also a moment of exchange of various cultures and old friends getting together again. Breakfast is made of our best products of the area. It is served normally from 8a.m. To 11a.m., and on request in other times, along with that is the daily newspaper. Breakfast includes our natural best products of the etruschi coast: cold meats and salami, home made marmalades of our fruit trees, butter, fresh bread and italian focaccia, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juices, cakes, bacon and eggs.
