Podere l’agave weekly prices 2010 – flexible arrival and departure days

Bed linen and bath towels included for: studio 2 pax, two room apartment 3 pax and three room apartment 4 pax
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. It is possible In the studio and in the two room apartment add one bed in the three room apartment add two beds
Final cleaning are included in prices.

Deposit (at arrival) € 200,00 or credit card information

To reserve for weekly staying: advance payment (40% of the total), the balance (60%) has to be paid at arrival
Cancellation policy for weekly staying:
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged (less bank cost)
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival we’ll refund the 50% of advance payment (less bank cost)
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival we’ll refund the 20% of advance payment (less bank cost)
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival we won’t refund the advance payment
If cancelled later or in case of no show another 40% of total amount of reservation will be charged

Check-in 16:00-19:00 hours. Please tell to the reception, at reservation or the day before the arrival, if you’ll check-in in other hours.
Late check- in: (after 8 pm) the 20% of daily price of the room will be charged
Check-out 08:00 - 10:00 hours
Late check out within 2 pm 40 % of daily price will be charged, after 2 pm 80% of daily price will be charged
